The McIntosh MHT200 A/V Receiver has virtually all the features of the highly acclaimed MX134 preamp/tuner plus six 140-watt (into 4 ohms) amplifiers with McIntosh's exclusive Power Guard circuitry for the ultimate in Dolby Digital and DTS excitement (both with matrix rear channel center-channel capability). Second zone architecture with two additional on-board 140-watt channels makes multiroom expansion as easy as installing speaker wires.

This MHT200 is a complete DTS/Dolby Digital/Dolby ProLogic 2 A/V package. With eight, 140 Watt Built-In power amplifiers, Infrared remote control, 24 bit DSP processing for Dolby Digital, DTS and Pro Logic, 7.1 Processing for expansion modes, 24 bit A to D and D to A converters (96kHz), 7 audio/video source selections with re-assignable naming, 6 assignable digital audio inputs (3 coaxial, 3 optical), and an 8 channel input for use with virtually any future external processors this is one product that you should be able to enjoy for many years!

The MHT 200 also has numerous convenience features that allow you to forget about all the technology and enjoy the show! Features like Automatic calibration for speaker levels and delay (professional microphone included), Super tracking volume control for best imaging, 12 character alphanumeric fluorescent display to keep you informed, Automatic signal format switching between ProLogic II, Neo:6, Dolby Digital and DTS Processing, Exclusive McIntosh Power Assurance System, Component, Composite and S Video Switching and an Optional, dealer installed, AM/FM Tuner Module (TM-1) all add up to one complete entertainment solution.

An RS232 port is even included so you can control the MHT200 with a Crestron, AMX and Vantage Control System. Remote Operation of lights, screens and drapes can be done with the McIntosh HC1 Home Controller. Backlit glass front panels with illuminated nomenclature even make the MHT200 easy to use in your home theater.
