What is Dynamic Contrast Ratio?
Dynamic contrast ratio is a term created to improve the contrast specifications by measuring the difference between white and black in a laboratory setting with no ambient light. As with standard contrast ratio, differences between manufacturers should not be taken to mean that one TV is better than another.
