REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service in RETAIL industry.
Minimum 50 WPM typing skills to type customer notes and inquiries
Experienced in dealing with high profile demanding customers specifically for warranty or out of warranty service and repairs
Experienced in scheduling service technician and installation crew
