REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service in RETAIL industry.
• Minimum 50 WPM typing skills to type customer notes and inquiries
• Experienced in dealing with high profile demanding customers specifically for warranty or out of warranty service and repairs
• Experienced in scheduling service technician and installation crew
