Home Theater Store, Texas' premier retailer of Home Theater and custom installation, is looking for a Service Manager. This person will ensure that all clients are provided with "State Of The Art Service" with regards to repair and parts issues.

Ability to recruit, develop and train workforce.
Ability to manage parts process effectively.
Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast paced environment.
Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to Service operations.
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM 3 - 5 years supervisory experience in consumer electronics service environment.
Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
