Service Manager

Home Theater Store, Texas' premier retailer of Home Theater and custom installation, is looking for a Service Manager. This person will ensure that all clients are provided with "State Of The Art Service" with regards to repair and parts issues.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to recruit, develop and train workforce.
  • Ability to manage parts process effectively.
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to Service operations.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others.

REQUIREMENTS

  • MINIMUM 3 - 5 years supervisory experience in consumer electronics service environment.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
