Initially I was concerned about being scammed based on a slight delay in getting the shipping/tracking info and my inability to get through to anyone by phone. When I finally set up the TV for the party, through no fault of the Home Theater Store, it turned out to be somewhat defective. Not to worry, the party went well (had other good HDTVs) and the store provided excellent customer service by replacing my BRAVIA at no cost.
